Cumberland Gardens is the latest of three master-planned Over 55s lifestyle communities delivered by Cumberland Villages.
Located in Shortland, this is our original Cumberland village. Centrally located just 15 mins from Newcastle CBD, Cumberland Grove offers security, privacy, modern living and enhanced quality of life within a community lifestyle.
Found just around the corner from our original village development, Cumberland Glen offers a relaxing lifestyle retreat with ample village recreation facilities.
