Construction is well underway on 40 villas with two and three bedroom options plus a state-of-the-art community centre facility complete with indoor pool, gym, media room and bowling green. RPF Group is developing a specialised over 55s lifestyle community, Cumberland Gardens at Sandgate Rd, Wallsend.
Cumberland Gardens is the latest of three master-planned Over 55s lifestyle communities delivered by Cumberland Villages. This also includes successful sister sites Cumberland Glen and Cumberland Grove.
With lush landscaping throughout and open space aplenty, the villas will be provided on long-term leasing arrangements in order to provide an affordable and attractive option for downsizers.
